As a Beauty Advisor you will be responsible for all sales activities in store. Deliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers needs, developing client relationships, sale, and delivering post-sale services.

• Minimum 1 year Customer service experience in retail stores.
• Passionate and with knowledge of skin care products.
• Able to demonstrate and promote beauty products.
• General understanding of which products suit different skin types.
• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar capacity for luxury skincare brand is a bonus.

• Explain and demonstrating to customer on proper use of skin care products.
• Ability to do Up-Selling and Cross-selling of beauty products.
• Identifying the customer needs and recommend skin care products based on customer preferences
• Ensure skincare products on shelves are properly presented.
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin.
• Inform customers on prices and special offers.
• Replenish stock as needed.
