. Product Knowledge & Sales: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques. Recommend and cross-sell appropriate products and services to clients.

. Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are meticulously cleaned, sterilized, and maintained according to hygiene and safety standards.

. Client Management: Schedule appointments, manage client records, and handle payments accurately.

. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment for all clients. Address client feedback and concerns professionally.

. Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory of beauty products and supplies, placing orders as needed.

. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
