We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beautician to lead our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry, with extensive hands-on experience and a flair for leadership. You will oversee daily salon operations, ensure exceptional service quality, and help develop personalized beauty solutions for our valued clients. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also strong interpersonal and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon and manage a team of beauticians and support staff

Provide expert beauty treatments including waxing, manicures, pedicures, nail reconstruction, and skin consultations

Assess and identify skin imperfections and offer suitable treatments

Deliver personalized beauty and wellness services tailored to individual client needs

Apply make-up and perform relaxing massage techniques when required

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service

Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring consistent service excellence

Recommend and promote appropriate beauty and cosmetic products

Resolve client concerns professionally, maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a senior beautician or beauty salon manager

In-depth knowledge of beauty, wellness, and cosmetic products

Skilled in waxing, nail care, make-up application, and massage techniques

Ability to assess and treat various skin concerns

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Professional appearance and a positive, customer-friendly attitude
