Job Summary
You will perform facial treatments and provide tailored skincare recommendations while maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of facial treatments using professional techniques to meet customer skincare needs
- Assess customers skin types and recommend suitable products and treatments to enhance skin health
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude to enhance client satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold relevant professional certificates such as ITE / WSQ, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO (no experience required pay negotiable)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate customer service orientation through effective communication and client engagement
- Exhibit a positive attitude, self-motivation, and reliability in daily work
- Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance consistent with salon standards
