Job Summary

Provide facial and beauty treatments while recommending suitable skincare products and services. Attend to customer enquiries and appointments, maintain treatment room hygiene, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial and beauty treatments to meet client needs
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and services based on client skin type and concerns
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms to ensure a safe environment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the beauty salon industry preferred
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills in client-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Responsible and positive attitude toward work and customers
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
