Job Summary
You will perform various massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies while maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring a clean, safe spa environment. You will communicate with guests to tailor treatments, resolve complaints, and manage spa supplies effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies to meet guest needs
- Maintain detailed records of all massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest
- Communicate with guests during treatments to adjust massage techniques based on their feedback
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and report any accidents to the supervisor
- Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize instruments and equipment before each use
- Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations as needed
- Ensure the spa is adequately stocked with supplies and report shortages to the supervisor
- Enquire about guests medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services
