Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, such as facials, skincare treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other services.
- Recommend suitable beauty products and treatments based on individual client needs.
- Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines and provide aftercare advice.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area.
- Ensure all beauty tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally.
- Recommend and promote relevant beauty products and services when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and personal care services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certification or qualification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
- Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
