Job Summary
Lead store operations & deliver exceptional customer service as a Beautician - Store Director. Manage daily activities, meet monthly sales targets & apply advanced beautician skills including threading & waxing to enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform threading & waxing services accurately to meet client expectations & safety standards
- Apply advanced beautician techniques such as facials to improve client skin health & satisfaction
- Deliver customer-centric service to build client loyalty & enhance store reputation
- Manage store operations efficiently to ensure smooth daily functioning & compliance with company policies
- Lead the team with a positive attitude & commitment to achieve monthly sales KPIs & targets
- Schedule & manage staff shifts, including working weekends & public holidays, with one weekday off
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English proficiency in Tamil or Hindi is an advantage but not mandatory

- Work schedule includes weekends PLUS public holidays with one weekday off
