BEAUTICIAN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments such as cleansing, exfoliation, extraction (if trained), mask application, and basic skin care procedures.

• Provide skin analysis and recommend suitable products and aftercare routines.

• Conduct hair removal services (e.g., waxing, threading) where applicable.

• Provide basic beauty services (e.g., eyebrow shaping, basic makeup, eyelash-related services if trained) as assigned.

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and follow strict hygiene/sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.

• Keep accurate records of customers treatment history and preferences.

• Promote packages, memberships, and retail products in a professional manner (no hard-selling).

• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-up reminders as required.

• Comply with company SOPs, service standards, and workplace safety requirements.
