BEAUTICIAN

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty services such as facials, basic skincare treatments, eyebrow shaping, waxing, and simple makeup application.

• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatments based on customers skin type and concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, towels, and equipment according to salon standards.

• Prepare customers for treatment and explain each step of the procedure clearly.

• Build good relationships with customers, handle enquiries politely, and provide good after-service follow-up.

• Assist with reception duties when needed, such as answering calls, booking appointments, and handling payments.

• Promote salon packages, treatment courses, and products to meet sales targets.

• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge, treatment skills, and service standards.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
