Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty services including facial treatments, skincare routines, and basic makeup application.

• Perform waxing, threading, eyebrow shaping, and other grooming services.

• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans based on customer needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries politely.

• Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and special offers.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Previous working experience as a beautician or beauty therapist preferred.

• Knowledge of basic facial treatments, skincare, and grooming techniques.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.

• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.

• Team player with a positive working attitude.
