- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently to optimize service flow
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures consistently to protect customers and staff
- Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
