Job Summary
You will provide facial services while supporting sales and service performance in a fast-paced environment. You will work under the supervision of the shop manager, follow the work schedule including weekends and public holidays, and ensure clients receive attentive and professional care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver facial treatments accurately using your hands to meet client needs and comfort
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures and benefits
- Respond sensitively to client concerns and tailor services to their skin and body care needs
- Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail in all treatments and client interactions
- Support sales efforts by promoting relevant beauty therapies and skin care products
- Follow the shop manager's supervision and adhere to the assigned work schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Five years of experience in facial service
- Knowledge of beauty therapies and skin and body care products
- Strong customer service skills to create a comfortable client experience
- Ability to work well with your hands during treatments
- Excellent verbal communication skills
