Job Description:
- Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments (e.g. Hydrafacial, IPL, Fat Freezing) safely and effectively
- Understand customers skin/body goals and recommend suitable treatments, working with the doctor's advice
- Do basic skin and body analysis before treatments
- Promote the company's products and services
- Keep treatment rooms clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Meet and exceed personal sales and treatment targets
Job Requirement:
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Relevant certifications (CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC, etc.) will be an advantage
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Well-groomed, motivated, and sales/service-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on weekends and retail hours
