Job Summary
Perform various skin treatments tailored to clients needs while managing appointments, client records, and consultations. Support client satisfaction by addressing queries, promoting products, maintaining treatment areas, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform facial and skin treatments according to clients specific needs to achieve desired outcomes
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently to optimize daily operations
- Enter and update client information accurately in data systems to maintain comprehensive records
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance
- Conduct pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations to assess client conditions and provide appropriate advice
- Respond promptly and effectively to client queries, needs, and expectations to enhance client satisfaction
- Recommend and promote retail products or additional services to support client care and business growth
- Conduct stock taking to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of treatment rooms to uphold hygiene and professional standards
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support clinic operations
