Beautician Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage, train, and schedule beauticians and other salon staff.
• Maintain client satisfaction through personalized services and problem resolution.
• Monitor inventory of beauty products and equipment coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and promotions to grow salon business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a beautician with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and salon operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in beauty therapy or cosmetology preferred.
