Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced beauty treatments including facials, skin therapy, head therapy, body treatments, waxing, threading, manicure/pedicure, and spa services
- Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior beauticians and therapists
- Handle complex or VIP clients and manage customer concerns professionally
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory
- Upsell and cross-sell beauty packages, treatments, and retail products
- Assist in developing new treatments, promotions, and service packages
- Monitor service quality and ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Lead daily salon/spa operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the related field
- Proficient in Chinese
- Well-groomed with a professional image
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Strong knowledge of skin care, beauty products, and treatment techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets
