Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Perform professional facial treatments and recommend suitable treatment according to customers needs

- Sales of services, products and packages to the customers.

- Follow up treatment results with the customers

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good rapport with customers.

- Assist branch manager in outlet daily operations and duties: stocks, appointment bookings

- Interacts cooperatively with other spa co-workers in providing excellent customer experience

- Maintenance of outlet safety standards & cleanliness

- Actively builds repeat clientele

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of Beauty & Spa related sales experience

- Professional certification in beauty & spa

- Service-oriented with self-motivation in achieving sales target

- Good interpersonal skills, able to multitask well

- Well-groomed, presentable, positive attitude
