Job Description

In this role, you will be the face of our service excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Skincare & Body Treatments: Perform professional facials, skin analysis, and body treatments tailored to client needs (anti-aging, hydration, deep cleansing, etc.).

• Nail Artistry: Provide full-service manicures and pedicures, including gel application, acrylics, nail shaping, and creative nail art.

• Consultation & Sales: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.

• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a pristine workstation by sterilizing tools and following strict hygiene protocols in line with industry standards.

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.

• Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, salon tidiness, and occasional appointment scheduling.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical skill and interpersonal charm:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a salon or spa environment.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Proven expertise in Manicure/Pedicure services.

  • Solid understanding of Skin Physiology and various facial techniques.

• Certification: Relevant beauty certification (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, or local equivalent vocational training).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • A calm, professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality.

  • Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Flexibility: Ability to work on weekends and public holidays (peak periods for beauty services).
