Job Summary
You will provide facial treatments and beauty therapies while supporting sales and service goals. You will work closely with the shop manager and team to deliver quality customer care in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver facial treatments using hands-on techniques to meet client care standards and ensure client satisfaction
- Apply knowledge of skin and body care products to recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to client needs
- Explain treatment procedures clearly to clients and respond to their questions to ensure understanding and comfort
- Maintain attention to detail during treatments to ensure thoroughness and safety in service delivery
- Collaborate with the shop manager and team to meet sales and service performance targets
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Follow the assigned work schedule, including weekend and public holiday shifts, to support business operations
- Provide customer service that helps clients feel comfortable, valued, and understood
