Job Description
- Deliver professional beauty/wellness treatments while consistently achieving personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at every visit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Perform professional skin/wellness analysis and provide appropriate advice and treatment recommendations.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained in accordance with the Company's cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle, maintain, and ensure the proper upkeep of outlet equipment and treatment machines.
- Adhere strictly to all treatment protocols, operating procedures, and Company guidelines.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Possession of a recognized professional beauty certification will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about beauty, customer service, and delivering quality treatments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
