Perform a variety of beauty services including, but not limited to: Facials, chemical peels, and skin analysis. Waxing and hair removal services. Lash and brow tinting, lifts, and shaping. Manicures, pedicures, and nail art (if applicable). Makeup application for special events.
Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend the best treatments and products.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation according to state health regulations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a loyal clientele.
Actively promote and sell salon retail products and treatment packages.
Stay current on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
What We're Looking For:
Valid state cosmetology or esthetics license.
Proven experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist.
Proficiency in a wide range of beauty services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive, professional attitude and a strong team spirit.
Ability to manage appointments and maintain a punctual schedule.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow.
