Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling client's appointments
• Data entry of client's information
• Keep documentation and maintain client's files
• Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant client's queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Any other administrative task when required

• Well-groomed
• Positive attitude and good team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills
• Sale oriented, service oriented and customer focused
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
