Job Summary
Provide personalised skincare treatments and professional advice, recommend suitable products and deliver exceptional hands-on care. Support retail operations, daily activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Basic Salary + Performance Incentives + Attractive Commission S$(1,500 to 2,800)

• Rest days may be fixed on Sundays or arranged on a rotating basis

Responsibilities

• Assess customers skincare needs and provide professional advice
• Perform facial treatments to customer's comfort and satisfaction
• Educate and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products to customers to support their skin health
• Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
• Assist with retail operations including stock taking
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment
• Training will be provided for additional treatments and equipment where required

Job Requirements and Preferred Competencies

• Prior knowledge or experience is not necessary as training will be provided
• Able to communicate in simple English and Chinese
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays
