Beautician & Aesthetic Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Beautician & Aesthetic Assistant to join our team. This role is a hybrid of independent beauty services and clinical support. You will be responsible for providing high-quality brow and facial treatments while assisting our Lead Aesthetician with advanced medical-grade procedures.

Core Responsibilities

Independent Beauty Services:

• Essential Facials: Performing deep cleansing, manual extractions, and customized mask applications

• Brow Artistry: Professional brow shaping (waxing/tweezing), tinting, and lamination.

Aesthetic Clinical Support:

• Treatment Prep: Preparing patients and setting up equipment for Laser treatments and Lymphatic Drainage (Body Contouring).

• Assistant Duties: Providing four-handed assistance to the Lead Aesthetician during complex procedures.

• Post-Care: Applying soothing treatments and explaining aftercare instructions to patients.

Clinic Operations: Ensuring rigorous sterilization of tools, maintaining treatment room hygiene, and managing inventory levels for beauty supplies.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a beauty salon or aesthetic clinic.

• Technical Skills: Confident in brow mapping/shaping and manual facial extractions.

• Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, professional grooming, and a calm, service-oriented demeanour.
