Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of facial treatments (e.g., cleansing, extraction, mask, etc.)

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Keep up-to-date client records and follow up post-treatment when required

Cross-sell beauty packages, skincare products, and promotional services

Support in salon opening/closing routines and stocktaking

Adhere to company protocols, service standards, and safety regulations

Job Requirement:

Basic knowledge of skin concept and hands-on facial massage techniques.

Positive and willing to learn attitude.

Good communication and Interpersonal skills.

Service Oriented and customer focused.

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
