BD & Partnerships Manager (WEB3 Sales)

Do you have experience working with Web3/crypto companies and a strong client network within the Web3 industry globally (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, Latam etc)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic BD & Partnership Director to join our fast-growing business development team. This role focuses on driving partnerships and business development with Web3 companies, including CEX, DEX, GameFi, and Layer 1 projects, to achieve Web3 card issuance targets in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Web3 client acquisition and relationship management, expanding our business footprint in APAC.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with teams to identify high-quality leads aligned with our product portfolio.
- Drive new business growth, achieving key performance targets and gathering insights from key customers.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting.
- Present and communicate Company's value proposition to C-level executives, finance teams, and decision-makers through product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on emerging market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development and deal conversion within finance, fintech, or Web3/crypto industries.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, International Marketing, or Service Marketing.
- Strong track record in building and executing BD strategies for Web3 clients.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes in the Web3 space.
- Highly motivated, with outstanding follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
