Job Overview

This role is responsible for FI channel onboarding assistance, operational SOP development and iteration, BI operational dashboard construction, and channel BD performance management. Collaborate with product and channel BD teams to drive channel service iteration, deliver standardized and data-driven operational support, and ensure the efficient and sustainable development of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • FI Channel Onboarding & Product Capability Optimization

Assist in the full-process onboarding of financial institution cooperative channels, complete pre-launch material preparation, docking coordination and landing follow-up. Collect channel and client operational demands and pain points during onboarding and daily cooperation, cooperate closely with the product team to continuously iterate and optimize product functions and capabilities, and improve product adaptability for institutional cross-border payment scenarios.

  • Operational SOP Development & Efficiency Optimization

Develop, sort out and continuously optimize departmental and cross-departmental operational SOPs for FI channel. Standardize channel onboarding, daily operation and business collaboration processes, rectify inefficient operational links, and comprehensively improve the overall operational efficiency and standardized management level of channel business.

  • BI Dashboard Construction & Channel Data Operations

Collaborate with the BI team to build, polish and iteratively upgrade exclusive operational dashboards for FI channel business. Visualize core channel performance data including transaction volume, settlement scale and operational status, realize real-time monitoring and regular sorting of channel business data, and provide accurate data support for business operation and strategy adjustment.

  • Channel Standardized Management & Performance Supervision

Establish unified standardized management SOPs for FI channel BD, conduct unified statistics, sorting and management of channel data. Track, analyze and oversee channel BD performance indicators, realize closed-loop management of channel business, and support steady growth of institutional channel business scale.

  • Channel Iteration & Service Quality Upgrade

Work closely with the channel BD team to sort out existing channel operation pain points and service deficiencies. Promote iterative upgrades of channel cooperation modes and service processes, continuously optimize channel operational stability and service capability, and comprehensively improve the overall service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 8-10 years of FI channel operation, BD operation or institutional business support experience; familiarity with crypto/stablecoin cross-border payment industry is preferred.
  • Experienced in SOP formulation, channel operation support and cross-departmental collaboration, with rigorous and logical working thinking.
  • Basic data literacy, able to cooperate with BI teams to build and optimize business dashboards and analyze channel performance data.
  • Good English reading and writing skills to handle cross-border institutional business documents and daily communication.
  • Proactive in work, with strong closed-loop execution, data sensitivity and business service awareness.
