BD Manager (Insurance)

Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a Health Manager to assist their BD team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore- easily accessible. The Health Manager is responsible for:

Duties

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, supervise, and mentor the Health Team, including onboarding new staff and supporting their career development.

• Operational & Financial Management: Oversee departmental operations, budgeting, and financial performance to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.

• Resource Planning & Productivity: Allocate resources strategically to meet productivity targets and maintain high-quality standards.

• Process Improvement & Controls: Evaluate and enhance business processes, implementing controls and feedback systems to improve efficiency and performance.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational data, prepare regular reports, and track departmental goals and overall effectiveness.

• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with business partners and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and drive cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with good product knowledge

• BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications are mandatory.
