BD Director (ESG,HK and SEA Market)

Responsibility

• Identify and expand customer base across Singapore and Southeast Asia(Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam).
• Assessing client needs and spearheading business negotiations
• Develop and design communication content for ESG engagement initiatives
• Lead business development initiatives for green finance, ESG solutions, EcoVadis ratings services and climate risk consulting services
• Develop market-specific proposals and service plans aligned with regional ESG regulatory frameworks.
• Design market entry strategies, establish local partnerships, and enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development
• 3-5 years ESG sales/account management experience (candidates with proven channel development capabilities may be considered with less experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one Southeast Asian market (SG,ID/MY/TH/VN)
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning and execution skills
• Experience in green bonds, syndicated loans, rating agencies, carbon certification, investment banking, or asset management.
