Role Vision
You will be responsible for the strategic partnership and growth of CoinUP Exchange's core payment product — the UP Card (Crypto Debit Card).
The goal is to convert existing exchange users into active cardholders, enabling seamless crypto-to-fiat spending and building a closed-loop withdrawal ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with merchants for co-branding, card rewards, and loyalty program collaborations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key merchant partners to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to highlight card benefits and exclusive promotions.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, continuously optimizing offers and reporting on ROI and key success metrics.
Requirements
- Solid track record in merchant partnerships, loyalty programs, or card reward initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Background in payments, fintech, or Web3 is highly preferred.
- Proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivering measurable results.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
