Responsibilities
- Perform high-voltage BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) device characterization, electrical measurement, data analysis, and technical reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain test automation scripts to optimize device testing efficiency.
- Support engineering teams with semiconductor device layout design and verification activities.
- Adhere to and enforce standard test laboratory practices, safety protocols, and measurement procedures.
- Liaise with test equipment vendors for tool procurement, technical maintenance, and operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in BCD device measurement, characterization, and testing within a semiconductor fab or design environment.
- Strong technical background in semiconductor device testing and test-scripting automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages for test automation and measurement data analysis.
- Self-motivated and proactive learner with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record of teamwork.
