Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Mix cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and specialty beverages
• Recommend drinks and upsell menu items to guests
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the bar area
• Replenish bar inventory and supplies when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Assist in opening and closing bar operations
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions when required
• Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Attend training sessions and briefings conducted by management
• Assist in stock taking and inventory control
• Ensure glasses, utensils, and bar equipment are properly cleaned and organised
• Knowledge of wines and Italian beverages will be an added advantage
