Sip Sip is a lifestyle caf-bar in the heart of Raffles Place. By day, we serve comfort food, specialty coffee, and matcha. By night, we transition into a vibrant social space with cocktails, wines, music, and community-driven experiences. We're looking for passionate Bartenders who enjoy great drinks, good vibes, and connecting with guests.

Role Overview

As a Bartender at Sip Sip, you'll be at the centre of our evening experience - crafting quality drinks, engaging guests, and contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether it's a classic cocktail or a house signature, you'll help make every visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Ensure consistency, speed, and quality during service

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar

• Engage guests with warm, friendly service and drink recommendations

• Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and bar prep

• Follow bar SOPs, recipes, and safety standards

• Assist in opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• 1-2 years of bartending experience (training provided for junior candidates)

• Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine

• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Passion for hospitality and nightlife culture
