Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Bartender to prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and drinks, while delivering excellent guest experiences at the bar. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of drinks and a strong interest in bartending and bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Ensure proper stock handling, including inventory checks and replenishment of bar supplies.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
• Recommend drinks and promote bar specials or seasonal offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the bar.
• Support the team in daily bar operations as required.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of drinks and cocktails is required.
• Strong interest in bartending and bar operations.
• Prior experience as a bartender or in F&B is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to perform additional duties as assigned.
