Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bartender to join our high-end cocktail bar in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, a refined sense of hospitality, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails to the highest standards

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests

• Maintain consistency, precision, and creativity in cocktail execution

• Engage with guests, explain cocktail concepts, ingredients, and flavor profiles

• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• Manage mise en place before service and closing procedures after service

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

• Work collaboratively with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service

• Uphold the brand image and values of a premium cocktail establishment

Required Skills & Qualities:

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques

• Excellent understanding of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and bar ingredients

• Ability to execute drinks with precision, speed, and consistency

• Strong attention to detail in presentation and taste

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a cocktail bar (high-end or craft cocktail bar preferred)
