We're Hiring: Bartender

About the Role

As our Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar - mixing classic and signature cocktails, serving beer and wine, and making every guest feel welcome. You'll work closely with our front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless dining and drinking experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, specials, and seasonal offerings
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred (restaurant or bar setting)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A valid food/beverage handling certification
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude
