Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Create signature cocktails and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experience.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Handle cash/credit transactions accurately when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or barback (training can be provided for junior roles).
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
