Working Hours: 5-day work week (Wednesdays to Sundays) | Off every Mondays and Tuesdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and standards.
- Create a welcoming and engaging bar experience for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper stocking of the bar area.
- Handle bar inventory, including ordering, restocking, and minimising wastage.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Provide recommendations to guests and upsell beverages when appropriate.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in fine dining or high-end establishments.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy service periods.
