Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty wellness beverages to standard
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of coffee equipment
Customer Experience
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Engage guests with recommendations and menu knowledge
- Handle orders accurately and efficiently
Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Manage stock levels of bar ingredients and supplies
- Support opening and closing duties
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Team Support
- Work closely with kitchen and service team for smooth operations
- Assist in improving workflow and service efficiency
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and hospitality
- Prior barista experience is an advantage (training can be provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
