Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality coffee and other beverages with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that each drink is crafted to perfection according to our established standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience
- Keep the serving and dining areas clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our customers
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless service, efficient workflow, and a positive team atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with our menu offerings, promotions, and specials, and be prepared to educate customers on our offerings.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on various tasks as needed to support the team and maintain a smooth operation.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisors
