Job Title: Barista & Service Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to company standards.

• Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to all guests.

• Take orders, process payments, and handle the POS system accurately.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, dining area, and workstations.

• Replenish stock and assist with daily opening and closing duties.

• Follow food hygiene, safety, and company operating procedures.

• Support the team with general café operations as required.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

• Previous café or F&B experience is an advantage.
