Barista/Service Crew

Job Description :

• Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers enquiries
• Explaining the concept to guests, and educating / having conversations with them on the tea menu and related topics
• Preparation and serving of food and drinks
• Setting up and clearing down of operations
• Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
• Having clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly
• Reporting to outlet manager

Requirement:

• Experience and interest in F&B
• Passion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge, will be beneficial
• Able to work weekends & public holidays

Skills & Abilities:

• Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly
• Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure

Other job details:

• 5 day work week, no split shifts
