Barista & Service Crew

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Counter Service Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to perform basic latte art, calibrate coffee, handle counter operations, and provide excellent customer service. You will also assist with preparing, stocking, and portioning cakes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and beverages, including basic latte art

• Calibrate the coffee machine to ensure consistent quality

• Handle front counter operations, including taking orders and processing payments

• Provide warm, customer-oriented service to all guests

• Prepare and stock up cakes, including slicing and portioning as required

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and service area

• Assist with daily opening and closing duties
  
  Requirements:

  • Basic barista skills, including latte art and coffee calibration

  • Pleasant, customer-oriented personality

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior caf or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

  • Willingness to learn and take on various tasks
