Role Summary
We are looking for an Barista Manager to oversee daily barista operations across multiple office sites. This role focuses on manpower coordination, service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage weekly barista schedules, including last-minute backfills
- Ensure baristas maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and professionalism
- Conduct regular site visits to audit drink quality, SOP compliance, and service standards
- Handle client feedback and support strong working relationships
- Monitor stock usage and coordinate replenishment with logistics
- Escalate and follow up on equipment issues
- Oversee usage and basic maintenance of automatic coffee machines
- Submit monthly reports on site performance and consumption
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with logistics on stock, equipment, and site onboarding
- Coordinate manpower support with other operations teams when required
- Provide feedback to training / HR on staff performance and training needs
Requirements
- Experience in barista, F&B, or service operations management
- Strong people management and scheduling skills
- Comfortable engaging clients and handling service feedback
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple locations
- Barista experience preferred
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, office hours.
- Weekends and public holidays off.
