Barista

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. If you enjoy crafting quality beverages and creating a welcoming café experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Take customer orders and operate the POS/cashiering system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the café.
• Replenish ingredients and assist with inventory and stock management.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
