Barista Cum Service Crew

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Prepare and cook hot meals, including main courses, sides....
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other caf equipment.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, including workstations and seating areas.
• Assist in food preparation, such as pastries, sandwiches, and light snacks.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
• Follow standard recipes and beverage preparation guidelines.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth caf operations.
• Perform Caf Manager assigned AC-HOD duties.

Job Requirements:

• Previous barista or F&B experience is a plus (training will be provided).
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
