Barista cum Operations & Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Barista cum Operations & Customer Service Executive to support our cafs daily operations while delivering warm, attentive service to our customers. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the floor, takes ownership of operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items to quality and brand standards
Operate espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and caf equipment
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling and station setup
Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to all customers
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints calmly and effectively
Create a welcoming caf environment that encourages repeat visits
Uphold the brand's service values and service recovery standards
Assist with daily operational coordination and workflow efficiency
Monitor stock levels, support inventory checks, and assist with ordering
Support staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting. Savvy users of Microsoft Office, Apps, Canva and other mobile apps.
Ensure SOPs, workplace safety, and compliance requirements are followed
Assist management with operational improvements and ad-hoc tasks
Minimum 3-4 years experience in F&B, caf, hospitality, or retail (barista experience preferred)
Comfortable handling both front-of-house service and back-of-house operations
Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills
Able to multitask, take initiative, and work independently when required
Physically able to stand for long hours and perform caf duties
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (training can be provided if required)
Responsible, organised, and dependable
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
