Barista Cum Bartender Recruitment

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including high quality coffee, specialty drinks, cocktails, beer and wine
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and caf area
- Assist in stock management and daily operations
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Requirement:
- Prior experience as a barista and/or bartender is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and basic mixology
- Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
