Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, answer queries, introduce specials, and process orders and payments.
• Prepare beverages such as coffee and tea, and assist in simple food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, baked items).
• Package food and drinks for takeaway while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Educate customers on different brews, beans, and preparation methods while promoting café items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work areas, including restocking and equipment sanitization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience working as a Barista.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in beverage preparation, presentation techniques, and café operations
